Refund policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
- Damaged or Lost Packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at moda1212pr@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement. For lost packages, if your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us, and we will assist in tracking the package.
